I bought a unit in an auction. It was one of the indoor climate controlled units and everything was covered in rat feces and pee. The whole building smelled like rodent. I had to through away anything that wasn't boxed or bagged.

Complete garbage company. They come in and buy other storage companies, raise the rates, remove military discounts, and don't notify anyone about it until their much higher bill arrives.

The new ownership (Premium Storage) are continuing to increase prices with little to offer by way of improvements to the property. The front gate needs an upgrade, the units(exterior in particular) should NEVER increase in price until the mice and critters can no longer share your unit with you -"rent free" Property Mgr (Brandie) is the only reason for the 3-stars. She is an all-star.She is a 5, place is a 1 so avg is 3 stars

They’re very professional and clean. I’ve never had any issues with them and I’ve been with them for almost 2 years now. Brandi is very kind and easy to talk to. Haven't had any issues yet, I have a climate control unit with my wife I do wish it was kept slightly cooler but it is what it is. A friend who has a non climate controlled outdoor unit. Rats apparently had gotten in and just had their way. The only thing I wish they had was a dumpster for customers.

Nice facility, cleaner than most I've been too. Love the fact it's gated with cameras but hate the 10pm access cut off time. There also isn't a dumpster to toss small odds and ends in, had 3 grocery store plastic bag fulls of all my Gatorades and water bottles I drank while unloading ,(had to take em down the street to the gas stations bin). The manager is very nice and went above and beyond helping my wife to get setup. I do wish the ac would be turned down a bit inside, shouldn't be sweating like I would outside while on break in our climate controlled unit. Side note: it would have been nice to be able to purchase my lock for the unit there but that's no biggie.

I have rented there for about 4 years and Brandy is Great !!!!! But when the new owners took over everything went Bad I rented a $39 unit which is now $55 and if you don't pay by the 5th they add $20 and then another $20 by the 15th which I feel is wrong. But Like I say Brandy is ?? Wonderful!

We drove in to check out the unit and it truly had been ram-shacked.and things taken. I contacted the office to see what we could get worked out. I was upset about my insurance and the was upset about the break-in and explained to Brandi the office manager. She explained that we got a new contract at the beginning of the year and the insurance was removed. She stated if I called her back the next day, she would have a resolve after speaking to owner of the storage. When I called her back she said that they could help me out by providing 3 months of free rental to compensate us for the miss-hap. I was grateful to have the time figure out about insurance on the unit for the future coverage or getting rid of the unit all together. Thank you Premium Storage for helping me out in a tough situation.

GREAT! I have been using PREMIUM STORAGE for more than five years now and have never had any problems; it is very safe and secure and I'm not afraid to go to my storage at night by myself. The manager, Brandi, has always been so helpful and so friendly and it's always willing to work with you. If it wasn't for her professionalism and knowing that she is right on sight I wouldn't feel nearly as good about leaving my things in public storage! I highly recommend this business!

Super easy to rent from. Office was closed over a holiday and we were able to go online to rent our desired unit. Fast and easy. Got a gate code during the signup process. Communication with the property owner has been easy and very helpful. Prices are reasonable and getting in and out of the facility with or without a trailer is easy too. Terrible customer service! I've been trying to pay my monthly fee for four days, but no one is ever on-site to accept my payment.. and it's due in seven days. Not only that, they just raised the monthly fees by $20. I have a 5 by 10 storage space there and now they want $83 for it. I plan to move all of my belongings out before then. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
