Sabrina was wonderful to me. I signed up online and was able to get my storage locker the same day! Went into the office and Sabrina made the process so quick and easy. She explained everything to me and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this Cube Smart location.

I recommend this location! The lady that helped us get a unit for our first time was really nice and helpful! She made the entire process very simple and helped me locate my unit even though she was freezing cold and passed time for her to leave. The unit was very clean and I love that they put stuff in the units to keep mice away. She also suggested that we get some stuff to keep our stuff from getting that storage mildew smell, I am really thankful that she recommended that!

New owners gave me 1/2 day to pay my late bill with $150 worth of tacked on "administrative" fees on top of inflated storage rates compared to area competitors. Storage units get water run off regularly except for the ones up higher in elevation. So you can just stack everything on pallets.

We have been here since 2006 with 2 to 3 different owners. We've had "okay" dealings with management in the past, but this place has just gone downhill steadily over the years. New owners slapped a coat of paint on it making it look like the latest and greatest and we had high hopes for some real changes. Today we opened our unit - mold over everything! If you are looking storage needs here in Catoosa. Do NOT walk, but run ANYWHERE but here!

THINGS HAVE CHANGED for the better under the management of Natalie Van Allen! Communications are great, the facility has been upgraded month to month, and our belongings have been safe and sound. Good prices as compared in the area, new doors added, cameras, etc. Recommended!

This place is not where you want to store your personal belongings. We used this place when we were moving to the area because it was the only one available. We’ve had our entire life stored here for a couple of months. We went to get things and so many things had been stolen. So many sentimental things taken. My beanie babies and Barbie’s I wanted to give to my daughter. All of my shoes, purses some of my clothes. Our keyboard, guitar amps. What really hurt was tons of Christmas decorations, including a tote of handmade ornaments that my mom made. Why would someone take that. My mom is gone and I’ll never get that back. I have cried my eyes out. The police department said they are very frustrated with this storage facility that it has been hit at least 40-50 times this year so far. So obviously there are no leads and I’ll never see my things again. So many memories just taken. I definitely DO NOT recommend this storage facility.

The rates on their website are not the prices they actually offer, and the "first month free" rate that's online is false advertisement as well. When I called, the new management told me that it's no longer offered and shouldn't be on the site, however a week later, its still on the site along with the false rates. She also gave a quote over the phone but upon arrival to sign papers, she increased it yet again because you "HAVE TO have personal property insurance". The ground surrounding all of these units is gravel and mud, so get ready to slip and slide as your carrying heavy belongings in and out, and forget keeping a vehicle clean going in and out. All in all, it's just not ideal. Aside from that, these units do not have walls that go to the ceiling, so you can see over into your neighbors unit. If your standing on something. It's just a VERY disappointing experience and we are very unhappy with the prices for what we are getting.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They have signs posted that they have cameras everywhere and it is used as a selling point. My parents just moved to Ringgold and the fact that these units were “monitored 24 hrs a day” is what sold them. Fast forward a couple of months and dad goes to his bldg to get his fishing stuff out. He had no reason to think anything was wrong as both locks were in place but when he rolled up the door it was all gone. The kicker came when the Catoosa Co police officer told my dad that there’s some trick that thieves use to get the locks to unlock without doing any damage PLUS, and here’s the kicker, the officer also told him that the cameras hadn’t been working in a long time because this wasn’t the first time he’d been there himself to do a stolen property report. The contract dad signed stated the company wasn’t responsible for stolen property HOWEVER it also stated that the units were under 24 hr security. It was close to $10,000. Anyway, for what it’s worth, hopefully this will save someone else this kind of financial loss.

Don’t Come here no security cameras the gate is broke my storage unit got broken into along with a another person and one day the police was there when I got there I would not use this place there’s a hole in the back fence they’re coming in and cutting off Cadillac converter’s off of RVs parked here this place is a joke I lost everything and all they worry about did you pay your rent this month sorry place
